THE VISION

The largest “little” project of them all, is this year’s Eurodale Dream Home presented by CityLine and the Toronto Star. The 2010 home will be built by Brendan Charters and Jim Cunningham of Eurodale Developments with Architect Richard Librach and project manager Kendall Christie. The interiors of this year’s home are designed by CityLine’s Janette Ewen, Ramsin Khachi, Karen Sealy, Sharon Grech and and exteriors Barry McCague from McCague Landscape Construction Inc.

With the efforts of CityLine and Toronto’s top designers, Architect and builder, National’s 2010 Dream Home will be magically executed to reflect relevant and visionary principles that are driving the industry today.  The builder and Architect face urban and suburban sprawl and our need to increase our awareness of land mass constraints, financial impact as well as the impact on the environment head on. They meet this challenge with a “re-use” concept by ensuring that a home can not only be mobile and deconstructed into varying pods to accommodate growing families, empty nesters and a multitude of other possibilities specific to the individual but also aesthetically grand and beautiful.
