THE TEAM
THE BUILDER
Brendan Charters and Jim Cunningham of Eurodale Developments will be leading the build of the 2010 Dream Home. Several years ago, the thought of creating the Euro team was only a vision for Jim Cunningham and Brendan Charters. Together they developed a small construction company into one of Ontario's most prestigious design build firms. Longing for a new challenge, coupled with the desire to leave their personal stamps on the projects they built, Brendan and Jim knew the time had arrived. They grabbed hold of their tireless quest for quality and perfection and leapt into the Toronto marketplace giving birth to the new Eurodale Era.
As an Architectural Technologist, Jim takes a set of plans and turns them into a tight and efficient project schedule with clear milestones and objectives. His seven years of industry experience ensures a smooth transition from the planning stage to the building stage. Jim employs a firm understanding of the industry to ensure your project runs smoothly from the beginning to the very end.
Having entered the industry as a Carpenter, Brendan has the ability to visualize each and every step of the project. Brendan is responsible for all Eurodale customer relations. With a keen sense of traditional building practices as well as the newest techniques and ideas, Brendan brings insight and experience to your project. He helps you to make the critical budget- impacting decisions and helps you to reach your design and construction objectives.
THE ARCHITECT
Richard Librach founded his Toronto-based architectural firm with the desire to offer a unique brand of architectural consulting. This difference is based on a process that enables clients to achieve their vision for their architectural project by facilitating their ability to give voice to their instinct: to find a vernacular that allows them to articulate a vision without the pretext of architectural jargon and buzz words. This unique ability to help clients express themselves is the key to this boutique architectural firm's success.
 
THE PROJECT MANAGER
Kendal Christie of Kendall Christie Promotions is on board as our Project Manager of the 2010 Dream Home. She has been integral in last four years as well as this year’s journey to forming our new team. Not only does she remain a wealth of knowledge, but she continues to secure a number of valuable Dream Home partners/suppliers. As Project Manager Kendall takes on a multitude of tasks and often wears many hats, but undoubtedly brings this beast in on time and on budget.
